What are you charging for the Blaine County Student Season Pass?
July 2nd, 2009 at 7:48 am
Are the Season Locker Rental rates being adjusted to reflect the economic conditions as well? If you purchase the SUN+ season pass will the 10% Sun Valley Retail Shop discount apply to Season Locker Rental rates?
July 2nd, 2009 at 9:23 am
What are you charging for 30 day pass
Thanks
July 2nd, 2009 at 10:50 am
The Blaine County Student Pass will be the same price as last year $360 for the seasons pass and $10 for the student discount card. These passes will not be available until after the school years starts so that we can get a list of from the school district.
July 2nd, 2009 at 10:55 am
This season we have the 20 day pass with the option to add 5 days after all 20 days have been skied. With that option and the great price on the Sun Plus pass we are no longer offering the 30 day pass.
July 2nd, 2009 at 11:28 am
Mark – season locker rental rates will remain at last year’s prices. Look for renewal notices in September. Thanks
July 2nd, 2009 at 11:34 am
Do you have a combo price for the 20 day plus cross country skiing? (Both at Sun Valley golf course and Blaine Country ski trails?)
July 2nd, 2009 at 12:47 pm
We will have a combo price for the SV Nordic and BC Nordic. There is not a combo that includes the 20 day pass. The prices for Nordic will be available soon.
July 3rd, 2009 at 9:26 am
Should I wait to purchase Nordic Pass with Sun+ ? I could not find Nordic on order form.
July 3rd, 2009 at 9:31 am
If you are purchasing the new Sun+, you will see the Sun Valley Nordic Pass add on for only $100 or choose the Sun Valley / BCRD Adult Nordic Combined Pass add on for $264!

WHAT ARE YOUR SEASON DAILY RATES AND WHAT WILL THE SENIOR RATES BE. DO YOU SEE HAVING THOSE OVER 70 SKI FREE AS IN OTHER RESORTS???
IT IS DIFFICULT TO COMPUTE THE VALUE OF ALL PASSES WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION.THANKS
July 3rd, 2009 at 1:41 pm
How much will be a day pass in 2009/10 and how much will it be with a discount card?
July 3rd, 2009 at 3:25 pm
Kudus to the Sun Valley Company for these rates.
July 3rd, 2009 at 3:31 pm
The daily rates have not been set yet. Last year the adult rate was $80 and seniors and discount card holders paid $55. We anticipate it will be similar. Our senior rate is for ages 65 and older.

If you Purchase a Sun+ Season Pass this month how long a period will you honor the 10% discount on Sun Valley Retail Sales and Village Dining? Are food and liquor purchases at the newly remodeled mini-market in the Sun Valley Village considered retail sales and also qualify for 10% off?
July 4th, 2009 at 5:25 pm
The 10% discount will be honored from the time you purchase the pass through the end of ski season. The deli is not included.
July 6th, 2009 at 8:48 am
I’m not familiar with the Season Discount Card. You pay $60 for the card now and get discounted daily lift tickets for the duration of the season? Is that all there is to it?
July 6th, 2009 at 1:28 pm
The season discount card allows you to ski at a discounted rate. The rate last year was $55/day instead of the regular rate of $80 so it saved $25 every time you ski. The rates for next season have not been set but it should be about the same. The season discount card is valid every day of the season and the weekend discount card is valid weekends only.
July 10th, 2009 at 6:30 am
Could you please confirm we can cumulate a 20-day pass with an early/late season pass. Thank you
July 10th, 2009 at 9:41 am
You may combine the 20 Day Pass with the Early/Late Pass and/or the Adult Dollar Season Pass
July 20th, 2009 at 11:00 am
Are there any restrictions on the 20 day pass?
July 20th, 2009 at 2:51 pm
There are no blackout or use restrictions on the 20 Day Pass. 20 Days of skiing/riding during the 2009-2010 winter season.
July 26th, 2009 at 9:55 pm
You Sun Valley guys/ladies are great! your reply’s answer questions thoroughly and promptly! well done!
October 23rd, 2009 at 2:19 pm
For the early late pass “Valid Opening Day – 12/14/09 & 3/29/09 – Close” I though this was previously 3/15 – close.
Could you confirm your closing date for 2008-2009?
October 23rd, 2009 at 5:38 pm
Dear Jordan.
At this time our 2009/10 Early/Late Pass dates are: Opening day-12/14/2009 and 3/29/2010 to Close.
Last spring the original Late date was 3/23, but we added on about 10 days because of warm weather and the reality of having to close the lifts earlier than usual.
November 8th, 2009 at 9:22 pm
I see where the Season Discount card is $100, it use to be $60 if you bought it in November during your Sun Valley Days in Boise or Twin Falls or where ever. What happened to that deal? Joleen
November 9th, 2009 at 11:47 am
All of our passes were on sale during our “Buy in July” promotion and that is when the season discount card was available for $60. We tried to get the message out that for the best pricing passes should be purchased then and am sorry if that message did not get to you. When you order your pass for the upcoming season make sure we have a valid email address so we can get you the information.
January 26th, 2010 at 3:40 pm
What is the last day of the season?
January 26th, 2010 at 3:55 pm
Katie,
At this time we haven’t decided on an exact closing date. It depends on the weather and snow conditions.
Usually it is in April sometime. In 2009 we closed on April 12, and in 2008, closing day was April 20.
February 3rd, 2010 at 1:31 pm
Hi,
I was wondering if the weekend pass is good for anyother discounts aside from the lift tickets (ie: food, beverages, ski rentals)? Also, is the weekend pass specific to one person?
Thanks
February 3rd, 2010 at 2:56 pm
TB,
The weekend pass is a photo ID card that allows the person who purchased the pass to ski for our discounted rate on any weekend throughout the season. Currently the discount is only valid for skiing.
