Is this workshop/festival for professionals in the health, education, wellness community only or is the general public welcome to attend and if so what might be the sessions that would be recommended / worthwhile? I was thinking of attending as a respite for me as a full time caregiver for my husband who has dementia.
Any additional information would be appreciated.

    Best Regards,
    Bonnie Shepherd

Big improvement, loads fast, easy to navigate, really like the fresh faces, please save us from watching the same old burned out 50 yr old’s with sloppy dead legs in the videos. Skiers from the 70′s stuck in a time warp, sad.

Thanks Levi, yes we’ve heard you have a problem with skiers from the 70′s.

I hope the powers to be ban zipperhead from the blog – were all here to have fun. The whole world looks at his negative attitude and comments!
    Do we really need them.
