The Roundhouse Restaurant and Gondola on Baldy is now open for the season!
A classic gourmet lunch will be served from 11-3 pm and Averell’s Wine Bar will be open ll – 4:45 pm.
The Gondola will be in operation 9-5 pm for skiers and non-skiers alike. (Tip for non-skiers; show your foot traffic ticket at the Roundhouse for a $10 discount off any $20 purchase).
Dinner service will begin Thursday, December 8, running through Saturday evenings for the remainder of the winter season. During the Christmas holidays dinner will be served seven days a week, December 23 through December 31. For dinner reservations please call 208-622-2800.
The Sun Valley Snowsports FreeRide Team provides non-competitive training for skiers and snowboarders.
Designed for kids from 6 years through high school, this high quality, high-energy team, under the guidance of top free ride instructors, focuses on all-mountain, all-conditions development.
The program includes Saturdays on Baldy andnew this season, ’Sundays in the Park’- terrain park and half pipe training along with non-competitive gate training. Open to skiers and riders intermediate and above. The Blaine County Student Pass is available for out-of-county students enrolled in FreeRide program.
