Sun Valley ski season will remain open through Easter Sunday, April 12, 2009.
As of Sunday, March 22, the Elkhorn lift,Half Dollar on Dollar Mountain and #11 Lookout lift on Baldy will close. This also will be the last day for the Roundhouse Restaurant.
Sunday, March 29 will be the last operating day for lift Exhibition #2 (ever – next year we’re having the new gondola run to Roundhouse instead!) and lift Sunnyside #6 – both will close at the end of that day.
Sunday, April 5, will be the last day of operation for Greyhawk #7, Seattle Ridge #12, Mayday #14 and Cold Springs #4on Baldy. Seattle Ridge Restaurant also will close.
Dollar Mountain will remain open through Easter Sunday weather and conditions permitting.

Looking for a little bit of nostalgia? Opened in 1939, Roundhouse was the first day lodge on Bald Mountain. It is located midway up Bald Mountain on the River Run side.
